Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and BlogStorm for using the PAA Box Chrome extension, PAA Box Pro and the paabox.com website. By installing or using PAA Box, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use PAA Box.

Effective 28 September 2026

Who we are

PAA Box is made by BlogStorm (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Dyer, Indiana, United States. You can reach us at hello@paabox.com. The extension was previously published as “BlogStorm: People Also Ask Tool”. These terms apply to it under both names.

What PAA Box is

  • The free extension adds a panel to Google search results pages. It opens the People Also Ask box, collects the questions and lets you download them as a CSV file.
  • PAA Box Pro is a paid version, coming soon. It adds Google’s answers and sources for every question, a question map, AKA content plans, outline and JSON copies, saved history and use from AI assistants. Pro is sold on paabox.com.
  • paabox-mcp is an optional program that connects AI assistants to the extension. It is released under its own open-source license.
  • paabox.com is our website.

How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Using PAA Box on Google

PAA Box works on Google’s search results pages, in your browser, as you. It clicks questions for you. With Pro’s AI assistant bridge, it can also run searches for you. You are responsible for how you use it.

  • You are responsible for following Google’s Terms of Service and any other rules that apply to the Google pages you use PAA Box on.
  • You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including copyright, data protection and computer misuse laws.
  • Google’s answers, and the pages they come from, belong to Google and to those sites’ owners. PAA Box does not give you any rights to that content. Make sure you are allowed to use it before you copy or publish it.
  • If Google shows you a captcha or limits your access, stop. Do not use PAA Box to get around it.

Not affiliated with Google

PAA Box is an independent tool. It is not made, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Google. Google, Google Search and Chrome are trademarks of Google LLC. “People Also Ask” is a Google search feature. We name it only to describe what PAA Box works with.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use PAA Box to break the law or to violate anyone’s rights.
  • Use PAA Box to overload, disrupt or interfere with Google or any other service.
  • Get around rate limits, captchas or other access controls, including the limits built into PAA Box.
  • Resell, rent or sublicense PAA Box or Pro, or share your Pro license key with others.
  • Copy, change or reverse engineer the extension, except where the law allows it or where a part is released under an open-source license that allows it.
  • Try to get unauthorized access to our systems, or send malicious code through PAA Box.
  • Use PAA Box in a way that could harm us, our users or others.

Your exports and plans

You may use the files you download and the plans you build for your own work, subject to the rights of Google and of the sites whose content appears in them. You are responsible for what you do with them.

AKA plans are built automatically, in your browser, from the questions you unpack. They can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you rely on them.

Your Pro license

When you buy Pro, you get a license key for the email address you used at checkout. A license is for one person. You can use it in up to 3 browsers.

Keep your license key private. Anyone with your key and your email address could connect a browser to your license, so don’t share or publish it. You are responsible for how Pro is used under your license. You can disconnect a browser from your license at any time.

Paid plans, billing and refunds

PAA Box Pro is not on sale yet, and the free version of PAA Box costs nothing. When Pro goes on sale, these terms apply to it:

  • Trial. Pro starts with a 7-day trial that costs $7. You get every Pro feature during the trial.
  • Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel during the trial, we charge $90 when the 7 days end, for one year of Pro. Pro then renews every year at $90, and we charge the payment method you gave us, until you cancel.
  • Canceling. You can cancel at any time at paabox.com/account/, which opens Stripe’s customer portal. If you cancel during the trial, the $90 is never charged. After you cancel, we don’t charge you again.
  • Refunds. The $7 trial payment is not refundable. For a yearly $90 charge, you can get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the charge. Email hello@paabox.com. This does not limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
  • Currency and taxes. Prices are in US dollars. They don’t include taxes. Where the law requires us to charge sales tax, VAT or a similar tax, we add it to the price.
  • Price changes. We may change the price of Pro. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, so you can cancel first if you don’t want to pay it.
  • Payments. Payments are taken on paabox.com and processed by Stripe. BlogStorm is the seller. Your card statement may show the charge as PAA Box or BlogStorm.

Our intellectual property

PAA Box, including its code, design, name and logo, belongs to BlogStorm or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension for its intended purpose, under these terms. Parts of PAA Box released under an open-source license, such as paabox-mcp, are covered by that license. Fonts and other third-party parts are covered by their own licenses. We keep all rights we don’t expressly give you.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without owing you anything.

Other services

PAA Box works with services we don’t control, including Google Search, the Chrome Web Store, Stripe and any AI assistant you connect. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for them. They may change in ways that affect PAA Box. For example, when Google changes its results pages, PAA Box may stop working until we update it.

Changes to PAA Box

We may change, add or remove features, or stop offering PAA Box or any part of it, at any time. If a change takes away a significant paid Pro feature, we will try to tell you in advance.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will give notice, for example in the extension or on this site. If you keep using PAA Box after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you don’t accept them, stop using PAA Box and remove the extension.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time by removing the extension. Removing it does not cancel a Pro subscription, so if you have one, cancel it at paabox.com/account/ to stop future charges.

We may suspend or end your access to PAA Box or Pro, including by disconnecting your browsers or suspending your license key, if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect PAA Box, our users, Google or anyone else.

The sections on intellectual property, no warranty, limitation of liability and governing law continue to apply after your use ends.

No warranty

PAA Box is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

We don’t promise that PAA Box will always work, be free of errors, or capture every question Google shows. Google’s results change often and can be incomplete or wrong.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • BlogStorm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, search rankings or goodwill, arising from your use of PAA Box.
  • Our total liability for all claims about PAA Box is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for PAA Box in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars.

Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them or about PAA Box will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Indiana, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it in your local courts.

General

  • If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
  • You may not transfer these terms to anyone else without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganization.
  • These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about PAA Box.
